There are so many choices for exercising! Where to begin? Well, good question. It really can be a simple answer. A good place to start is by planning to walk everyday. The American Heart Association reports a moderate daily walk of 30 minutes can help you lower the risk of coronary heart disease, obesity, osteoporosis, breast or colon cancer, and type 2 diabetes.
